OMG Im so worried, there are very samll white insects in their tank! they are long like centipedes and have feelers, i noticed htem in the water at first they can flip (jump) a bit, i put their wooden log in the bottom ven, pt all their stuff in a bucket wiht hot waetr, adn have washed the bottle, there were a few on pumpkin but i moved them, now i am goignt0o completely wash the tank! please tell me what they are and what to do!

Sounds like springtails. If so, they should not be harmful to your snails.

oh thank god! i was so worried! Well ive already been on a hutn and squished thme though ah well! but how long should i bake their log for ? also the are not very active htye have heat and ive replaced their food with some cucumber(one of their faves) any reason for this?

As katherine says, Springtails are harmless but they are quite difficult to get rid of because they breed quickly and they have no enemies in the tank. Changing your food often and cleaning the tank more often than usual will hopefully sort them out. Then you can go back to your normal routine.
If you can't get on top of the problem and your definitely not happy to live with them, I'm happy to report that Hypoaspis miles predatory mites will eat them, so it is possible to get every last one. But the chances are they'll come back again at some point. They usually come inside with plants or on us.

If they are hamrless I dont mind they ar einteresting, but ive cleaned and disinfected evrything in the tank and the tnak, theri log tunnel is pine is this ok?

yeah, it should be fine, disinfectant will kill them but you must rinse everything throughly and aware that wood can soak stuff up. For springtails, you can simply wash them away with untreated water.
