I've just discovered Isaac in a similar position today (well he looks just like the pictures posted), he had a fall from the roof of the tank and, apart from a quick nibble on some oats mix i put next to him has only moved to retract further into his shell than i've ever seen before.
I've noticed over the past few days he's looking smaller than usual but thought it was me being paranoid as I've been feeding them as usual. I've just read all the notes on the link and will try them all out, but I was just wondering if there's hope?
Does anyone know if these snails are okay now? e

Falling from the roof of the tank would probably have shocked him a little and could certainly have caused him to retract, all you can do is just keep him warm and very moist and then just observe him, I think there is always hope.
