For the past couple of years, I've wanted to keep a snail. Just recently (maybe 2 months ago), I obtained four. I've kept two and my daughter has two. We love them. I think they're the coolest pet available!
I'm envious of people from other parts of the world that are allowed to keep the big ones. As far as I can tell, I'm limited to Carnu Aspersum. But, hey, I wouldn't give my babies up for anything!
Anyway, since I've started, I've found some valuable information on this forum and, well, figured I'd sign up. Might do me some good to be part of at least one online community.
