I got 1 question my adults seem not to be eating as much as they should since they got here last wednesday they have not eaten much i just wondered if its because margies are known to be lazy or if its a problem with the snail?
i have been trying to feed them sweet potato, cucumber, lettuce, apple, pair ect...........

I find the only thing that I can guarantee mine will not turn their noses up is corn on the cob they will eat apples, sweet potato etc but they sometimes go off them but never can resist corn on the cob.

Grant, is their substrate nice and WET!! margies like it very wet indeed and if it is too dry they will stop eating. As Gastropodgirl has said they usually love corn on the cob, also offer the sweet potato and courgette is usually eaten by mine as well I cut it into slices for them, I think you will find that lettuce and cucumber is a waste of time, they do not like either!! Mine also love banana so you could try that as well. Good luck, try not to worry about them sometimes a change of home can upset them a little.

When I had them, my margies always preferred fruit over vegetables. Particularly successful were banana, mango and papaya.
