Please help!!
I deep cleaned all my tanks earlier, and moved my big tigers into their new home... a smaller tank.
When I next looked, one of them was frothing/bubbling from the side of his shell. I bathed him quickly in warm water... seemed ok. But then, when I checked him again, it appears that he has lost his sealant, around the shell that holds the body, if you know what I mean??? You can see right inside his shell. He seems to be just hanging from inside it. He is alert etc, but his shell now looks too heavy for him.
Please help asap.

Oh my goodness, it sounds like mantle collapse, in which case he must be kept in a shallow tank where he cannot climb and then just hope that it will heal again.

This happens normally only if snail is too thin. Snail must be well fed with it this ring from Meat again is strengthened. Mash of lime and bananas or apple and snail place. Also mash of lime earths has to go in terra. So that snail over the foot lime him and brei can take up. Snail is malnourished..
Fish flakes or stiks for Tortels..
Snail may hold nobody winter sleep must separate are fed
good luck ...
