hello all...i have a question about my achatina fulica, Alfie.
I've had him, and my other one, Delilah, for about 3 months now and Delilah's grown really fast and her shell is perfect and smooth. Alfie has grown almost as much, but he has cracked lines on his shell, that are supposedly caused by fast growth or overfeeding. He doesn't eat as much as Delilah does, as far as i can see, but he sleeps more. They both live in the same tank, with the same food on offer. They get a varied diet and cuttlefish.
Is there anything i can do to make his shell better? or it is an okay thing for him to have? any help apprecciated =]

Hello,I think you're doing all you can, these cracked lines don't hurt your snail,it is possible it'll get better after a while.

i found that one of mine was like that, he had lines on shell and it looked abit rough and i do think it was due to rapid growth. the lines have mostly gone now
