Oh my, just could watch falling snow-flakes. First snow of the season with temps around zero here. But was great to hear, that we will get next week again nice temps around 15 degree. Phew. Winter will get long enough after this!
Kind regards,
Gabi

we had some snow in Scotland on 02 October which is the latest it has ever came. Last year it was mid September when the first snow fell.

Really cold season starts usually around this time, but we get till middle of december always some warm days inbetween. It last´s then finally usually April/Mai. Really icy-cold it´s always middle of December till middle of February. There´s then usually never over zero. Brrr.

*Note to myself* Remember this Winter after snowing, box up a few boxes of snow and send to Val. Poor Val's dogs, cannot roll themselves in the snow and having fun.

Can you send me some snow please? I might pay you!! Or if you wish dinner for 2. I tried to de-ice my freezer and spread it around in my garden, it does not really work.

Hahahaha @ Felix, I'll defrost my two and send it down to you - there's enough ice in there for a couple of inches
