Some of the breeds/classes are wrong, and you have three sections for mongrels (labradoodles/cockerpoo/lurchers etc aren't a breed, they're a crossbreed/mongrel). Good idea would be to visit the KC website for help on the breeds' proper names and their classes, that would fix that. Otherwise it looks good I'm not entirely sure what the aim of the site is though?

(labradoodles/cockerpoo/lurchers etc aren't a breed, they're a crossbreed/mongrel). I don't think it's unreasonable to differentiate between a deliberately created first cross, like a labradoodle, and a "heinz 57".

We'll have to agree to disagree, there are parts of that forum for crossbreeds, and that's all a labradoodle is.

I don't think it's unreasonable to differentiate between a deliberately created first cross, like a labradoodle, and a "heinz 57". A mutt is a mutt. Thousands of unwanted "shepherdoodles", "sprollies", "staffiepoos" and "labracadabras" in rescue, it's pointless promoting them as new breeds and charging a fortune for them when there's so many dying because people like that cant spay their pets for want of a few quid. I'd think those dogs would think it was unreasonable when they were being put to sleep but their deliberately bred counterparts were being sold for hundreds, dont you?

The aim of the site really was just for general dog lovers to share pictures, maybe of their new pup, or show winners, dogs on holiday or in memory of... anything really.
Looking back, the groups aren't wrong, its just because it was taken from the AKC groups, i could change it but i guess if people from America etc.. view it, it would be wrong anyhow.
But this is why i post places like here fisrt anyway so i can fix things before officially opening the site anyway.
