Hello all, I think its safe to say my website is FINALLY finished: www.freewebs.com/worldofsnailsI changed the template it looks a bit boring but I didn't want anything too fancy. I updated some of the broken pictures and filled in the glossary (not too many scientific words though...) And theres a really cute cartoon on the homepage. fill in the guestbook if you can kind regards mike

Wow! I was looking at the British snail page and I love the Succinea putris. It says they are common in the south but I've never seen one or even heard of it. Where are they usually found?

If its the same one we get in the garden, around ponds. On the waters edge, around algea, reeds. Impressive mike

I already saw a glow worm ( Lampyris sp.) eating one of those snails on the last picture here in Portugal. I saw the glowing beetle inside one. It looks like indeed an Arianta arbustorum.
