Are they the ones that are not rare but sometimes hard to find in the wild or something? Or was it hard to breed lol I can't remember.

they are only found in certain places, they are collected for food, also known as the Roman snail...

sarah (just a suggestion) i find they thrive best if you put them in a tank outside (like in a shed) cus when i put them with my indoor snails they just retracted but when i put them outside they started putting on weight again. at the moment theyre hibernating.

My baby pomatia have started to hatch, there is one perfect little baby up and about!!
I have about 40+ eggs. Some are going in the garden in spring and I'll have to spare probably for anyone who wants some. Sarah, I take it you don't want any now?
