I got my pot of margie eggs out of the tank yesterday to check them, and i picked one up and held i small bright light (book light to be precise) to it and saw the apex of the baby snail inside sooooooooo cute to see the little darling before thay have hatched! the eggs are around 3 weeks of age now, and although the baby inside was only just nearly a cm, it was soo reassuring to know thye are developing the bad news i looked in the tank this morning and some little brat had completely knocked the pot over i hope this hasn't effected them

I do, i'm not sure whether it would work in a light room, i did it last week though and there was nothing, so you may not see anything for a few weeks :-)

Awww cute ;D Good to hear they're doing ok.
Freddie and Izrina would be those little brats in my tank, hence why I took them out lol. If it was any of the other snails I'd leave them there, but not with those two sods!

well the pot is in my nursery tank, but the little monsters in there are growing so fast i don't think they know their own strength, lol, there was a heavy stone on top of the pot as well!

I thought they had to have the gene, not just have albino parents? Btw, it didn't work in a lighted room for me. I tried it earlier lol.
