Our 2 fulica used to be total gannets and would devour lettuce and cucumber quite happily most nights. We got them in May, and all summer they were very active.
I have tried them with other food: tomato, broccoli, courgette, apple, banana, avacado and sweetcorn but nothing seems as popular as the lettuce and cucumber.
The past 2 weeks, however they don't seem to be eating much of anything and are a lot less active. Could it be because the temperature has dropped? The room they are in stays around the 18-20 mark now where as in the summer it was about 24. We have bought a small heatmat for the tank so I wondered if that would make a difference.
There is still plenty of poo in the tank so they must be eating something though the food looks untouched.

Maybe try other foods like sweet potato sliced thinly for example I found mine would only eat sweetcorn if it was the baby stuff they should be pretty hardy mine don't have a heatmat.Do you have any snail mix to maybe tempt them with? And they also love carrot sliced thinly well mine do anyway hope this helps in some way.

They might just want to make you worry lol. A few of mine do this (not just fulica) one week they're active and pigs, the next they couldn't care less!
Keep an eye on them and they should perk up again soon.
With the food, you could try giving them a tiny amount of what they really like and keep feeding them normal amounts of everything else, they should start liking some other things as much as their fave food. Mine didn't like fruit pulp to start with but I kept giving it to them and now they love it.
