Its more than likely the same stuff sold by the snail shop, just this is branded. I use it in my aquatic tanks, have never bothered with it on land snails as I prefer limestone flour and cuttle.

Cheers for that Em, I'm wanting to make sure my new Mega gets every help he can in fixing the tip of his shell, any other bright ideas other than good feeding and care?

If its managed to lose the apex, it wont grow back as such (Im not sure how that could have happened in that box? He was packed in coir? :\ some of them were a bit battered when they arrived here could it be an old break?). I found though, alot had old shell damage, much older than thier collection. Some quite stunning how it had repaired. A limey substrate, would help. Mixing limestone flour with whatever soil/substrate you use. But these snails seem very robust.
