i'll tell you what, that sure don't look like a fulica, although on the pics at the top of the page, the body looks like fulica but the shell don't and on that pic the body and the shell don't look like fulica

The bluish-white columella is a pretty useful way of proving something is a fulica since we don't know of any fulica with a differently coloured columella, though Bequaert does admit it is possible. However you could have one of the following snails: immaculata, panthera, stuhlmanni, albopicta, achatina. Your last post looks like a tiger baby to me (A. achatina). Pink columella, striped shell, rough, dark skin. But the earlier pics look nothing like. So just for the sake of argument let's rule A. achatina out.... Does it have one of these: At the size of your snail, it should be very obvious, thin and almost razor-like. If it doesn't, it isn't a tiger. If it does, it almost certainly is (or a crossbreed). It doesn't look like a stuhlmanni to me. But I wouldn't like to rule any of the others out until they get quite a bit bigger. And as for cross-breeds, we know that stuhlmanni/panthera cross breed and that could produce yours, and then there is the next generation and so on. The truth is, it is very hard to be 100% sure. As they get older hopefully we can determine it better. But, we need good pictures from a variety of angles to stand even the slightest chance.

only Archachatina have the V shape this includes tigers, margies etc, so we can rule those out. I don't think it's a smithii because they have a vivid line along their body and the body is a lot darker, but the shell looks very much like a smithii, hmmm maybe it's a cross fulica/smithii
