is this true that snail need move shell if yes its very difficult becuase my snails shell is cracking or is there a problem with it?

er...yeh snails need their shells in order to move around. they cant live without them./
how serious is the shell damage? if its very serious u might have to put the snail on its on with lots of cuttlefish

cuttle bone is the white elongated bone of the cuttlefish. Many people feed cuttle fish bone to their birds to keep their beaks hard. snails also need the calcim for their shells. U can buy cuttle fish in most petstores in the bird section. Or i get mine in wilkinson for 22p per piece

this is cuttlefish if you don't know what it looks like. Cuttlefish is an essential when keeping snail if you seriously can't find any then egg shell can be used as an alternative but really you need cuttlebone :-) kind regards x Sarah x
