This is despairing... I clean the tank and heat the soil to 50ºC for some mins for kill the "worms" and when one of the snails woke up and start moving he let behind some faeces with hundreds of Little worms with 1-2mm length, I took all the soil in a radius of 5cm... How can I disinfect this snail??

Awww it sounds awful!!! Have you considered taking them off of soil for a while, until you can get the problem under control. If it was me, I would take the soil out completely and replace it with capillary matting, then its soo easy to just take the matting out however often you need to and run it under the hot tap or even pour boiling water over it to sterilize it. Then let it cool and replace it in the tank. I've done this with mine recently and can recommend it for 'problem' tanks. Since changing from soil to capillary matting I seem to be keeping on top of the little fat white mites that were a problem when i was using coir. Good luck with solving this problem, i know how infuriating it can be Anjie,x.
