:'(I came home from work and feed my snails and found 1 of them was not out i took a look and the snail is up side down and its realy not nice its head is at the bottom of its shell and it is right back i would like to no how to help him i think its twisted any 1 no how i can untwisted him tom anit been out in 2 days please help help

download a pic 2 www.photobucket.com but first download 2 computer then when you have put them on to photobucket you should get under the picture a url and IMG one choose the img copy and paste it onto message

That sounds like the snail has died unfortunately. If it´s retracted and the body is hard and his head "upside-down" they are really almost all the time dead.

:)Thanks for your help but i have got from work and when i got back i could not let him stay in pain so i helped him i put him fast under a tap and he moved a little but then he stoped as he was to big 2 get around so i cut his shell back and hes here eating every think he look's happy but i dont think he's normal he's got his guts out of his shell but he look's happy i will keep him on his own for some time two get better thnaks a again for all of your help i will get a pic of him and put it on soon.

Snails will sometime appear in odd positions, if you leave them theyre more than capable of righting themselves if given time and correct humidity/warmth.
I would really suggest not removing any shell in future, especially as you describe guts being exposed? Which really isnt a great sign.
If anyone else is reading this and is thinking of removing any amount of a snails shell to cure a condition do not. You will do more damage than good.
