I had some spaghnum moss in my poison-dart viviarium and the moss started to grow. I can highly recommend it for nice viviarium/terrarium setups because it thrives when it's moist and warm. If I'm not mistaking spaghnum is also anti bacterial.

I can get it dry from a petshop or moist from a garden center. The moist stuff looks much fresher and green. What do most people here get? Moist or dry?

I have been buying it moist, ready to use. B&Q and garden centres... But as its out of season now I reckon my next lot will have to be dry stuff ordered online.
