Christina the newcomer

Helo, my name is Christina and i live in norway.
I very recently fell in love with the small common snails we have here, (oh arent they cuuute) and i wondered if snail would actually do nice as a pet.
so i search the web to find out if it is legal to keep snails, what they eat and in general how to keep them.

I found this website and forum, and i understand that i know little about snails. if someone could help me or direct me to some useful websites that would be very nice. i'l read and post more for help in the appropriate forum, and look for more websites myself.
