Yet another loss to our ratty family today. Squeak has gone to meet his brother, Destroy. I went up to bed (they're in my room) and found him curled up, he'd just gone. He's always been a myco snuffler, so it was inevitable, but he's been really good lately and we weren't expecting it at all. A massive shock really. He'd have been about 20-22 months I think. Freddie left, Squeak right As a baby Well, at least he went in his sleep, and he's not alone up there (ignore me if I lead myself to believe there is a rainbow bridge, I know it's soppy but it's just a coping mechanism!)

Thanks. Luck wise, it's my fault for giving in to GMR (get more rats) every two minutes and ending up with them all getting old and leaving us one after the other. I do still have some relative youngsters though (youngest is just over a year old). Thanks for the hugs, not got any off the other half yet - it's been one of those days

These animals tend to give you that look though don't they? Are you a sucker like me and end up taking in waifs and strays?Everybody I know asks me if they know somebody doesn't want something.

Very sorry Lisa Loops - If we could house every needy animal we saw we'd need a house for them and another for us! lol
