Should I be able to see holes in the food? also does anyone have any suggestions for what to feed the baby. I just want to know if im doing everything right, its quite active. Any help would be great, Thanks

Sometimes I see holes in the food, but not always. It depends on the food and how thin the pieces are. Sometimes I have to look carefully to see rows of rasp marks on a slice of veg, instead of actual holes that go all the way through. A lot of snails seem to prefer their veg sliced very thinly, or grated, because it's probably easier for them to eat that way. Give your snail as many different fruits and veg as possible -- the greater the variety, the better its chances of staying healthy. Good luck!
