please help as it is urgent. My snails haven't been very active lately, everything is okay, because the heat is perfect (the side of the fridge is warm but not hot) and they are sprayed every morning. They have food and a great layout, with sand, and soil, leaves and grass. They love it. Today tho, something is really wrong, my jade white, Fluffy, has a hard but moist body. When you stroke it, she doesn't retract nor come out. just the same old Fluffy. Sitting in her shell. Yesterday tho, she was out. I know this is long, but none of my snails feel happy, all under the weather! Should warm water bathing slove the problem, or not ? ;] please help. It is really upsetting.

Try wakeing her up via a warm bath. This normally does the trick, or a shower.

Do you have a thermometer and humidity gauge in your tank? If I were you I'd try to get specific readings to see exactly how warm and humid it is inside the tank to start with.
