Okay, so this isn't major - but its not normal either. i have 7 snails. 3 fulica 2 jades 2 iredalei
now my fulica are growing fine although they are on the small side for their age which is about 8months. i bought my 2 jades in october - and i don't know their age but they haven't grown much. my iredalei are fairly small, i bought them in december - they must have been less than 2 months old.
now it might seem strange but i don't see much of a difference in their sizes (jades and iredalei) and they are not growing as fast as the others did. I HAVE got a supply of cuttle fish bone for them! its right next to their food yet no matter what i do they just ignore it.
i have another problem too. my snails are in a bedroom, which makes the tempreture brilliant because the room is small. they have been sprayed everyday and have plenty of food, but they never seem to become active that much- what am i doing wrong ?
- thankyou - loly

Their maybe the chance that your snails are slow growers. If they are definatly growing, then they aren't runts of a batch. Iredalei dont grow as big a fuli anyway so that may be the answer to that. Try sprinkeling powdered cuttle onto their food, or get some liquid calcium, that way they can't avoid their calcium For the active problem, it may just be the time of year, my snails are heated fine but arn't as active as they are normally during the winter season, but i have just discovered mites so that may be why lol. Try giving them regular warm showers, i find this perks mine up alot hope this helps xxx
