Two of our snails from last years clutch are breeding at this moment,I stopped two others before they "got attached". My thought was that we could let them go in Late spring-early summer. Is this a good idea? They are cepaea nemoralis, which are native to WA I believe, so they should not have any issues. You all have my thanks and God bless.

Someone on here posted that it's not advisable to release them into the wild even if the species is native to the area. I don't have a link offhand, but I would say you're better off removing the eggs unhatched rather than trying to prevent them breeding or letting unwanted eggs hatch.

Thanks you guys,So I guess i should "destroy"the eggs,I kinda doubt that there is a market for snails in a Small Town so that seems like the best solution. I feel kinda guilty, but I'll get over it....Right? anyways,Thanks again and God bless.
