Have you looked around inside? Once my milk snail disappeared out of the tank when I had the lid off for 5 minutes. Mr Coyote and I looked everywhere and couldn't find him. The next day we found him among the leaves of a houseplant right next to the tank.
I hope you find her!

I don't think your bigger fulica could have eaten her and if that would be the case I think it would have left the shell to find. At least this is what I've observed from slugs eating snails. Escaped snails tend to appear again after a few days and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you finding him

I really hope you find her. Sorry I'm of no real help as you say you have looked everywhere for her. Try not to get to upset just yet for her she may turn up in a day or so good luck.

try leaving some food near the tank so she'll be drawn to it, hopefully she'll go to it for a good munch and then you can find her. I hope you will find her soon

I found saphire, and now everyones going to think how terrible i am with snails, but she was over the fence in the woods next to my house i must of thrown her out with the food i didnt think she was in there, and shes got a cracked shell at the very front its a bit bad but she doesnt smell or look dead but shes not out of the shell, shes pushed right to the back, ive put her in a little tub with moist soil moss and cumcumber, and bathed her, will she be ok?!

She's probably in a doze because the temperature outside is too cool for her - back in the warmth of her home she'll start to pick up a bit. Make sure she's got lots of calcium and food close to her so she doesn't have to go far to eat and keep an eye on her. Keep bathing her in warm water to encourage her to come out and spray her with warm water. Let's face it, tiny snails are easy to misplace. I have a vivid memory of coming up one short and digging through the rubbish bin to find the tiny baby snail still happily chomping the bit of cucumber I'd thrown out When you've done it once, you learn from it and pay extra care to see it doesn't happen again. Yours has been on quite an adventure, but she's safe now and that's what matters.
