My tiger snail stopped eating and coming out of the shell about 8 days ago. I have tried to bathe it, touch it, give it the food it likes, but it just won't move. It is alive, has no mites that I can see and is still heavy. The temperature and humidity are fine. It isn't retracted either and does move a little when I touch it, but won't come out.
After having my first snail die about a month ago, I am worried. I don't know what to do or if I should do anything.
Thank you for your help and opinions.

I already looked there before I posted here, thanks. That is what I mean about days without eating, not retracted, not eating, temperature is right, humidity is right, that's why I don't know what's wrong.

I'm so sorry about your tiger snail. A couple of times I've had a snail simply stop eating and then pass away, for no reason that I could determine. Sometimes these things happen in spite of us doing all the right things for our snails, and no one really knows why.

So do I. It still won't come out. It still feels heavy and moves to touch so I am hoping that it might have something that just needs rest.

No, it's not dead. It's alive and moves very slightly when I touch it.

It moves more when I touch it, but still won't come out or eat. The flesh is going yellowy/green in colour and I can see like bubble/froth in a side and it complains if I pick it up. What on earth is going on?

My snail would only move a little inside the shell when i touched it, i dont know if im right but if its going a different colour i suggest is maybe slowly passing away. Its sad, but sometimes we can't do anything.

Well, quite amazingly, I picked Nala up this morning and it came out!!!!! It nibbled a bit of lettuce, moved a little and went back in. So it seems as if it is getting better. I was so pleased to see it's little face! It does seem thinner but I guess that is normal after not eating for so long.
