Easiest way to find out if she's laying eggs is to lift her out and see if there are any under her. If not then it's probably because she's cold.

But how? im not aloud to keep hr dwnstairs im not aloud to spend money i have wraped a warm blanket around her tabnk though

If you have a hot water bottle, you can fill it up, wrap it in a towel and place it against one side of the tank. You may need to refill it with fresh hot water after a while, depending on how cool it becomes.
An alternative is to fill a regular plastic water bottle with hot tap water and lay it down along one side of the tank. Again, you may need to keep refilling it as it cools off.
Don't put either one of these directly on your snail, it will be too hot. You don't want to cause a second problem while trying to solve the first. Just put it to the side. Keep an eye on your snail to see if she gravitates toward the warmth. If so, that's an indication that she's too cold and needs more warmth.

Do you have a desklamp? You could use that as a source of heat, I do so for my garden snail and it works excellent. It would either be a desklamp or coyotes advice, dont think there is many other options than those =/

ok thanks ill try the waterbottle Also i dont like my desk light i n my old bedroom it melted the shelf :/ my snails tank is made out of plastic so i think i will burn it so ill use the waterbottle thanks for the advice
