Hi i need a adult Cepea Nemorlis snail from my garden and i was wondring if you knew any traps which would trap the snail but not harm or kill the snail. I have tried to put food in a tube but they ate it and went away....,.

One good way would be put pile of leaves or something else edible food to places you think there is some snails then later at morning or night go to see if any of them are munching pile of food.

Plus too many empty shells, dead snails or birds!

Probably best to look just after dark, when they're all active and looking for breakfast.

Best time is after rain, during rain, during morning and night dew. Then near squashed dead snails is usually dinner party.
