Hi
ok so was wondering if you find a rodatzi on eggs laid in the last day or so and a fulica laying them and they live in the same tank is it likely that they are both the parents. so each clutch from the two different parents are brother and sisters as it were
if that makes sence?

as I understand it; fulica and rodatzi are the same species, just different... breeds. So yeah, probably both clutches will be from both of them.

Do you mean could the eggs be a fulica-rodatzi cross? Or do you mean if you have eggs from both the fulica and the rodatzi, would the hatchlings be like siblings?

I don't know enough about genetics even to make a guess.
