how many weeks/months does it take intill you can sell and send your snails in the post

Well, most people leave it untill they are big enough and are happy with their behaviour and how much they're eating and if they're growing well.

Agreed, and it's a good thing to wait until the shell has thickened a bit. By that time you can tell better the slow-growers from the normal growers. If there are any slow-growers it's a very good idea to tell people before-hand, and explain that it's best not to let them breed, but just have them for pets. Really slow-growers can often die around the time that they would reach sexual maturity anyway. I am guessing that perhaps it's nature's way of keeping bad genes from the general gene pool. So all in all, in my own personal opinion, for the sake of the snails and for the sake of the owners knowing what they are getting, it's best to wait until they've grown a bit

I think my baby snails are a month old. But I agree with the rest of the forum, to wait until you are happy with how much they have been eating and checking for any problems.
