Just been looking through snail pics page, and James' Panthera piccies..... They look identical to my 'immaculata' So what are these snails, how will we ever know for sure? Anybody else got these stripy panthera AND Anneths Immaculata the can take pics together?? Hmmm Nat

I have some striped panthera and they are different to the immaculata in question and my dimdiata. Different shell shape, primarily, and the body colour is more brown/cream.
It's no wonder they are similar, Bequaert thought that more research would reveal that immaculata are a sub-species of panthera.

yeh only the striped ones look similar to immaculata. brown form look totally different.
