snails are nocturnal i know, but my snails seem to wake up in the day sometimes. like last night my snail went sleep at around 7.30pm, and he was awake this morning at 11.36am eating food i left in last night, but is it normal for him to wake up in the day?, i dont know if to give him anymore food because my other snail is asleep, and if i put any foods in like , orange, cucumber, apple, banana, they might dry out and my other snail wont be happy ! Any advice please !

It's normal for them to wake at different times.
If your tank is humid enough for the snails to be happy, things won't dry out too much within 24 hours, often longer. Hard things stay okay for ages, softer things tend to get soggy and rot, but only if you leave them in there for days.

I've seen my snails active at almost any time of the day -- morning, afternoon, evening, late night.

My snails are all different - some are usually out during the day whereas some are true night owls. As you get to know your snails you will learn when they prefer to be out
