Achatina Achatina Tiger Petsnails for Adoption this is an ad for a scam from Cameroon advertised on this website they advertise tiger snails 25 euros for an adult 15 euros for a baby, they the get you to send the money via western union i accept payments by WESTERN UNION as its close to the Airport WHERE I SEND SNAILS. i don't accept paypal cos we dont have it here in CAMEROON. so you will make payments by WESTERN UNION to me as follows: names:ONANA ZIBI city:LIMBE country:CAMEROON zipcode:00237 Home Address:New Lake street,LIMBE1. so you will have to pay by western union ONLY. thank you Zibi. once they collect the money they inform you that if you want the snails that you must send them 120 euros to cover insurance that they will return once the snails arrive & if you don't pay they will not give you the money back. 50 down the drain i often give money to charity that's the last Africa will get for a while, it was my 8 year old sons money too he had saved it up. if you want to give your money away don't give it to these thieves www.shopbestnow.info/detail.php?siteid=9438

i'm really sorry that happened . it makes me so mad people do this, unfortunately i have heard about more than a few of this type of scam lately. I don't have any tigers but you can have a couple of 2 week old baby immacs if you'd like. If not i'll keep an eye out for some tigers for you.

This sort of scam is very commonly advertised, its important when buying snails from overseas, to never send money upfront, (unless they are a trusted, proven seller of a forum like this, or other snail/inverts forum) even for shipping.
I'd think over 99% of snails advertised by African sellers are a scam, its also important to make sure they agree to replace snails that are dead on arrival, or at least dont accept payment for them, especially if they arent correctly packaged.

IF ANYONE HAS SNAILS THAT THEY NEED A GOOD HOME FOR, IF THEY PM ME WITH WHAT THEY HAVE, AND HOW MUCH THEY WANT I WILL TELL MY SON, WHO WILL THEN DECIDE IF HE WANT'S THEM & HE WILL PAY THE GOING RATE FOR THEM ,he only want what he is after, the only one he has me looking fore at the moment is 3 achatina achatina, & marginata, & albino's of any specice's, if you want a home, i will leave the decision up to my son, we will always treat every one as honest untill they prove otherwise.
