i have to ask about this as its really bothering me , this is what happened to one of the smaller of my brixton tigers this afternoon (the pic is not nice ) luckily for him the snail died right away ive found a bit of info on gut expulsion , basically says its unusual but can happen , anyone know why it happens , and what would you do if it happened and the snail dident die right away ,i have no clue how to euthanise a snail , i actually saw him do it and it was horrible , everything came out of his mouth , im just concerned if it happens to any of the others and i have no idea what to do karen

Hi One of my suturalis babies was with gut expulsion, I just kept him warm, wet and with some food, and after 2 days he suddenly appeared to be fine and nothing out of his mouth... I actually don´t know if yours is in the same situation of my suturalis but if I was you I would let him alone, just keeping warm and wet and if he dies he´ll do it naturally... I wouldn´t euthanize him, because I was about to do the same with my suturalis, but suddenly thought that maybe I should let him intact and let nature do the job...And for my BIG surprise he didn´t died and he´s still here with me, growing a lot!
