just went into my room and found lola out of her shell but not moving at all and sort of just hanging between the wall of the tank and the bark so i quickly brought her down stairs put her near some warm water to warm her up (she was freezing cold to touch)and she started moving thank god so im going to keep her down here now near but not so near the heating ive done the right thing havent i (well it seems to have worked)

im sure you have but in experience they are not to keen on sudden peaks or drops of temperature so just try to keep it gradual. im sure an expert will answer you soon though

thanks i will be as i said keeping them down stairs where it is warmer ..... i have just gone the pet shop and bought a thermometer so i can keep an eye on the warmth on the tank just have to work out now how to use it lol

Shes ok now thankfully i have been holding her and she seems good now kept them down stairs last night and when i got up this morning at about 8 they were all out and about ...still haven't found out to use this temp thing lol ;D

Yes you are definitely doing the right thing in keeping them warmer, these are tropical creatures and are not happy at all if they get cold. Good luck with the thermometer!! show us a pic and perhaps we can help you with it. val
