Hrrmm, it's a bit fuzzy, and he is quite tiny. Do you have a tri-pod? might get a clearer pic that way. maybe try a bright room without a flash.

According to that thread, yeah.
Funnily enough, I found two of those on my aquarium plants yesterday, silly me put them in the other non-planted tank. Now I know they're going to breed like mad *sigh*

yes they can go in cold water, i have them in my pond, they breed like rabbits
