Well, well ALL know Fulica's are very successful hatchers with pretty much all eggs hatching! But Im wondering when my Blondes and Margies are old enough - how many usually hatch? (percentage wise)? And also how many do these species tend to have in one batch? And how long do they take to hatch? Thanks

I think, but dont quote me (I just got the impression) that margies are pretty hard to breed. But if you have any, let me know *lol*

Margie eggs take about a month to hatch and they lay between 1 to 10 (I think, its around that lol)

Margies have proven that they do lay well but are very hard to hatch and raise, dimidiata can lay a few batches of eggs a year as i know some that do, but although in the past been easy to raise are now proving difficult to raise

I hatched a clutch of "dimidiata" and there was a 100% hatching rate.
