Hello every1 I just got into snails and have tried identifying my snail with the aid of the keys on this site. It seems I'm not very succesful Is there possible to identify my snails from these pictures? Thanks for any answer. Shiam

How can I tell that this is Achatina achatina? Is it the blunt last whorl? It also has a ridge on it's tail.

Tigers are very distinct really. You can tell because of the bright pink columella, the striped shell, rough skin and V shape on the tail as you mention. The shells are considered pointy, when you compare with an Archachatina: Achatina Archachatina Your pictures don't seem to be there any more.
