Hi everyone, I haven't been here for a while. I got a couple of H. Aspersas from a supermarket raspberry box last fall. Since then they've reproduced and had babies. I've only let one clutch hatch (froze the rest), but there are still so many of them (~50). Since I live in Canada, I cannot release them locally (it's too dry and very illegal), nor can I advertise/sell them to others. They are healthy large juveniles. Ideally I want to keep 10. If anyone in Europe would be able to release a box of them, that would be wonderful, please let me know and I'll send you a PM. I will pack them up carefully and ship in the fastest way I can afford (probably 2 days or maybe even 1 day). Alternatively, I'm looking for other feasible ideas I am, of course, taking proper care of them no matter what. Just thinking there might be a better life for them somewhere. Thanks!

I know this is going to sound hard and mean, but you'd probably be better off just freezing them or giving them lizard keepers, because it honestly doesn't sound very feasible to ship them across the ocean just to have them released in their original lands. I live here and keep these too, but mine thankfully haven't been going nuts with their breeding.

This is a good question. I'm also wondering what is involved if a US member wanted to mail a snail species to Europe.
