The caracolus have been successfully weaned onto solid vegetables. The drymaeus still prefers to rasp algae off of bark.
Price has also been lowered.

I'll probably buy some once I get back to the northwest.

A few questions, just out of curiousity: How many overall Caracolus did you find? What sort of vegetables do they eat?

Just wanted to say thanks for a smooth and efficient transaction, and your packaging worked perfectly - the snails seemed unperturbed by the long trip and are now happily doing what snails do in their new home. I am enjoying having them, thanks much!

Sorry everyone, but due to poor breeding results I will no longer be selling snails for possibly a few years.

Feel kinda bad, but there's not much I can do since they do not reproduce as fast as typical "garden snails".
I am always in the process of acquiring new species so one day I should have some more cool snails, and eventually enough to sell. If I do go to florida again I can ask you all for a "want list" so I can collect and sell everything right after.
I think maybe this thread should be deleted...I think there is another thread about the legal USA species so that should be enough for right now...
