Is it true that GALS can't eat the flowers of dandelions. I can't see any reason why they couldn't, as dandelions are edible even for humans. Not sure if they'd be interested in eating them though.

In my experience they love the leaves but don't seem to want the flowers. I don't think they'd do them any harm they just don't like them

Now this thread is making me curious about trying dandelions on my brown-lipped snails, but for some reason, I don't think it will go well! 🤣

Well to be honest my snail loves the flowers I have read different sites after just getting my baby snail. One said dandelion leaves and flowers. So I gave him one. Which he ate. Then I happen to read a site which listed bad foods and one of them was dandelion flower. Now confused. He loved them

Now this thread is making me curious about trying dandelions on my brown-lipped snails, but for some reason, I don't think it will go well! 🤣 I've seen them eat the leaves a lot in the wild, mine aren't interested if there's lettuce available. Not so much the flowers.
