They are fully grown. But not "garden snails" aka "Cornu aspersum" but they are a species of Mesodon snail.

So cool! I live in the Carolinas, and we have some similar snails here (from the family Polygyridae, having the big lip on the shell opening there)! I wish you luck in your snail adventures, especially finding another to breed yours with! Snail breeding is usually excessively easy, often unintentional

Welcome to the forum! I'm from Ontario, Canada and we get some mesodon snails up here too. They are one of my favourite species to keep! I hope you have fun on the forum and with your new interest in snails!
