Today I discovered that 1 of my GALS is passed away. Fred was a huge snail, his shell was over 15cm long and that's without the point, which is broken from the shell. We don't know his age, he was found as an adult snail last year with his brother Ed, I guess he was old. His brother Ed, friend Reusje and I are gonna miss you. Hope you are above where you can do what you most liked: eating and sleeping.

So sorry for your loss. Fred was a handsome (and big!) boy, for sure. Glad you were able to have some good times together...

Thank you...
Fred lived not long at my house, his last owners gave him and his brother to me in july this year. But he was unique, he loved to eat and sleep and was very like doing his own thing.

Least you made his last 6 months happy. I'm sure he's in peace now.
