I am currently in San Antonio, TX and the trees are full of the rabdotus' empty shells. It is currently December so I figure those had died and others were hibernating. I check the shells on the trees, but they're empty. Where would they be , the live ones I mean.

That's strange. They hibernate by sealing themselves to tall places like trees and tall grass so that's usually your best best. Some of those should be live snails...There should be a white shell door. I would also try the usual places, under wood and rocks, as there is a chance they may hide there. Possibly also any sort of cover areas like concrete culverts, and sides of brick walls.

That's great to hear! Unfortunately, I'm having trouble with my Bulimulus in terms of reproducing as well lol. They're doing well but for some reason they just won't lay eggs.

I had one bulimulus clutch so far, but a low survival of the young. Not sure why exactly, but I think mainly its because they're so super tiny they easily get thrown out during a soil change. I started to separate eggs into tupperware before they hatch so it's easier to keep track of them.

That's useful advice. I will keep that in mind when they lay eggs.
