It's a Cepaea, probably Cepaea nemoralis.

I have a snail that looks just like yours  mine is a grove snail, aka, Cepaea nemoralis. I’ve only heard of ones in Canada but I found mine in Illinois (USA) \_(^>^)_/ they’re native to Northern to western Europe and have been recently introduced to North America.
