Yeah I know about them being seperate genders. I have 2 that are slightly bigger than the last 1 so hoping the bigger are females and the smaller one is male ... I'm just basing that on what I've read about pomatias elegans where the female is bigger than male

I have 3 snails (all the same type) that I thought were Cyclotus but in fact they are Cyclophorus, and I was wondering has anybody had success in breeding snails from this family. If so could you tell me about it please.

Could anyone tell me what the difference is between Pleurodonte isabella and pleurodonte sp barbados?
Im getting mixed responses from looking online.
some people say isabella have a dark lip and others say the unknown species has the dark lip. And a couple of people say they are the same type?
Can anyone shed any light on this please x

I have been trying to find information online about importing live snails from outside the EU and had no success in finding information. The information I need to know/find out is any legalities regarding this in terms of any licences needed, who I need to contact etc

I've kept them before along with many other native species. Easy to keep and easy to breed. Keep at room temp, lots of ventilation and keep similar to non native snails in terms of calcium and feeding x

Thank you Astana! It was after posting I noticed that thread, oops! Yeah hopefully they'll have more, stunning little snails! Hi, yes unfortunately I sold out quite quickly. I'm hoping for more babies later on this year as it seems that the adults die after laying lots of eggs (this has happened to other people who keep this species) I will be sure to notify people as soon as I have anymore babies available xx

I have a few Macrochlamys superlita left for sale. They are beautiful snails that when adult have blue spotty bodies, they are a very active species and don't require any additional heat (unless your house is freezing) They eat the same as any other snail and are amazing little snails to own petsnails.proboards.com/thread/14680/macrochlamys-superlita That's a link to pictures of the adults I will post to UK only. The price is £10 for 4 plus postage of your choice x

Also some snails she breeds herself and others she buys in from other sellers so majority of the time the quality of the snails depends on who she has bought them from x
